Rocket Immunodiffusion is also known as Double-Diffusion. In this technique, antibodies and antigens diffuse towards each other in a gel medium, forming a visible precipitin line that resembles a rocket. The distance of the rocket-shaped line from the point of application is proportional to the concentration of the antigen.
