But in the case of monoclonal antibodies which is based on the injection of purified antigen leading to the production of an antiserum containing antibodies with a wide range of specificities. How Can we related them together?

At the time of first exposure, neutrophils come at that site first and after that other cells arrived. Neutrophils, monocytes and other wbcs causes imflamation which is followed by t-cell activation.
