NAD is an oxidizing agent.

It should be NAD + TO NADH.

It is correct as NADH to NAD+ because when you get rid of H, you are oxidizing it. The more H, the more reduced.

It involves reduction of NAD+ to NADH.

Even B is correct since glycolysis does not require oxygen to take place.

Yes @Henry.

Glucolysis can still occur without Oxygen.
