After the DNA replication, There are 4 bands in which each contains one new strand and one old strand. Conclusion; a newly form DNA made up of half new strands and half old strands.

As one strand is conserved while the other daughter strand is newly synthesized so it is called half conservative or semi conservative.

I understood DNA is semi conservative theory because DNA made up half new strands & half old strands it is called semi conservative theory.

In semi-conservative replication the parent strand serves as a template for the new strand that is, the daughter cell possesses both the parent genome and the new genome. This purely accounts for DNA replication.

According to me most accepted theory of replication is semi conservative because it was practically proved by Mesolson and Stahl by using N14 and N15 heavy isotope.

I think the semi conservative theory is the true answer.

Semi-conservative means half of the product is original while half of it is new. During replication, each original DNA strand acts as a template strand. Thus forming two new strands. In winding each new strand associates with one original strand.

I think the answer should be a dispersive theory.

According to the hypothesises and the knowledge of DNA there was two scientist who have done further experiments regarding DNA according to them first they have used the semi conservative method secondly the conservative method and finally it was prooved that the dispersive theory is the accepted hypothesis for DNA replication.

Yeah, the semi conservative theory is correct, because the first theory used was this particular theory this was proved by scientists Matthew Meselson and Franklin Stahl using N14 and N15 heavy isotope.

In DNA replication the semi-conservative theory is acceptable because during the replication process the old strand is conserved so as to synthesize the new strand.
