Glucagon and epinephrine trigger the breakdown of glycogen. ... Epinephrine markedly stimulates glycogen breakdown in muscle and, to a lesser extent, in the liver. The liver is more responsive to glucagon, a polypeptide hormone that is secreted by the α cells of the pancreas when the blood-sugar level is low.

All the answers are false because.
Epinephrine and Glucagon have different roles :
Epinephrine released because of increasing in need for energy, in muscle it increases Glycolysis and Glycogenolysis.
Glucagon acts on liver its role increasing glucose level in blood by any way, glycogenolysis or Gluconeogenesis and inhibition of Glycolysis.
