= 15/100 * 1400 = 210,

Now,
loss amount = 15/100 * 1400

s.p. = rs 1400 - rs 210
= rs 1190.

1400*15/100 = 210.
Then 1400-210 = 1190.

Now, we need to find the loss.

So,the formula is : loss/1400 = 15/100.
Now we take the 1400 to the other side a division in LHS becomes multiple in RHS
