Explanation:

Speed = 60 x 5 m/sec = 50 m/sec.

Length of the train = 50 x 9 m = 150 m.

First convert value:

60km = 60000mtr.
1 hour = 3600sec.

Calculation.

60000/3600 = 16.666 mtr/sec (this value for only one meter).
So 9 * 16.666 = 150mtr.
