According to the question, we need to find the number which is divisible by all given numbers so we must have a common number in all so we need to do HCF but in the explanation, they followed LCM. Can anyone explain my doubt?

And the underuse of 9999 is 99.99 So multiply with 4 that will be 399 something .we are finding the greatest number of those so that should be 9999-399= 9600 ans.

Lcm 600 multiple with 16 we got 9600 it is greatest number of LCM of 600.
