Explanation:

Required number = H.C.F. of (91 - 43), (183 - 91) and (183 - 43)

     = H.C.F. of 48, 92 and 140 = 4.

Why do we subtract?

Because if a number leaves the same remainder, then the differences between the numbers are divisible by that number.

Now, the numbers obtained after subtraction are divisible by their HCF or GCD.

So, after prime factorisation, the HCF is 4.
