Explanation:

Required number = H.C.F. of (91 - 43), (183 - 91) and (183 - 43)

     = H.C.F. of 48, 92 and 140 = 4.

I have a doubt that why we sub the num as t2-t1 t3-t2 t3-t1 and for that then we are using the options given and div the num with the value like 43 91 183.
