Just multiply that no's by 100 then find HCF and when you got HCF then again divide the HCF by 100.

Let's do this the easy way.

1.08 = 108/100 = 27/25,
0.36 = 9/25,
0.9 = 9/10.

Gcd of Fraction = Gcd of Num/LCM of Denominator.
gcd of 27,9,9 = 9,
lcm of 25,25,10 = 50.
9/50 = 0.18.
