Dude, all is multiplied by common no. 100 and then find their hcf. Finally, as it was multiplied by 100 so divide the result by 100.

Its Simple Guys.
1). Multiply each number with 100 so that we get whole number.
1.08*100 = 108.
0.36*100 = 36.
0.90*100 = 90.
2). Now Find prime factors of each one.
108 = 3*3*3*2*2.
36 = 3*3*2*2.
90 = 3*3*5*2.
3). Find HCF from each ie 3*3*2 = 18.
Divide 18 by 100 as initially we multiply to get answer in decimal format,
18/100 = 0.18.
Which is the actual answer.

I believe the answer should be .9 as 18 is greatest common divisor undoubtedly, but when it come to an option between .9 & .18, .9 is bigger than .18, we have to find the greater right?
Had it been .9 and 1.8, 1.8 would have been the correct answer.

1.08 = 108/100 = (3*3*3*2*2)/100.
0.36 = 36/100 = (3*3*2*2.)/100.
0.90 = 90/100 = (3*3*5*2.)/100 because(0.9=0.90=0.900 bz 90/100=9/10 zero cancel out).
Now hcf = (3*3*2)/100 = 18/100 = 0.18.
0.36 = 36/100 = (3*3*2*2.)/100.
0.90 = 90/100 = (3*3*5*2.)/100 because(0.9=0.90=0.900 bz 90/100=9/10 zero cancel out).

How to you write 0.9 is equal to 90 this is not correct?
