Father was 38 year age when ayesha was born.

Age difference b/w ayesha and her brother was 4 year.

When her brother was born her mother age is 36 year.

Means when ayesha was born her mother age was.

36-4=32year.

Difference b/w her parents age is=38-32= 6 year.

Let Ayesha's age be 'x'
Ayesha's father age = x+38
Brother is four year younger than Ayesha = x-4
Mother age = 36+x-4

When Ayesha was born father is 38,mother is 32

SO difference of father's age and mother's age is 6 .

at the time of her brother's born
Ayesha's age 4yrs..(as he is 4yrs younger)
so father's age 38+4 = 42
mother's age is already given i.e. 36
so diff. is 6..

I think that when ayesha was born her dads age is 38 at that time her moms age must be 32 when her brother was born that is four years younger to her she might be of any age might be bigger to him by 1 year or could be in months like approximately 11 months and so many days so her brother is 4 years younger to her so add the year of her bro that is 4 years to her dads age 38+4=42 and her moms age 32 +4=36now when u less 42-36 u get 6 years!! its my assumption!!

When her brother is younger to Ayesha, how can we subtract it from her mothers age? it (ie,4 years) must be added to her mothers age when her brother born to get mothers age when Ayesha born... can anyone explain ?

Ayesha's age=(38-x).....1st condition

Brother's age=(36-x)-4..........2nd condition

Take difference

Difference between parent age=
=(38-x)-{(36-x)-4}
= 6 years
