How come 4 here?

An article is listed at Rs 65. A customer bought this article for Rs 56. 16 with two successive discounts, out of which one is 10%. The other discount of this discount scheme that was allowed by the shopkeeper is?

The answer given is incorrect. The correct answer is 40%.

Total runs=110.
No. of sixes= 8,
Runs by sixes=6*8=54,
No. of fours=3,
Runs scored by fours=4*3=12,
Runs between the wickets=110-(54+12)=110-66=44,
% runs scored between wickets= (44÷110)*100=40% ans.

Total run = 110.

No of sixes = 8,
Runs by 6= 8*6=48,
No of four =3,
Runs by four =4 * 3=12,
Runs between the wickets =110-60=50,
%of runs are 50 divided by 110 *100, = we will get the answer.

I am not getting this. Please tell me.
