Below 8 years = 20.
Above 8 years is 2/3 of 8 yrs,
8 Years = 48,
So, 2/3 * 48 = 32,
32 + 48 = 80,
80 + 20 = 100.

5A+4B = 2/3(6A+8B).
3(5A+4B) = 2(6A+8B).
15A+12B = 12A+16B,
15A-12A = 16B-12B,
3A = 4B,
A/B = 4/3,
A:B = 4:3.
3(5A+4B) = 2(6A+8B).
15A+12B = 12A+16B,
15A-12A = 16B-12B,
3A = 4B,
A/B = 4/3,
A:B = 4:3.
