I think the right answer is 521.
16 + 16 + 1 = 33,
32 + 32 + 1 = 65,
65 + 65 + 1 = 131,
130 + 130 + 1 = 261,
260 + 260 + 1 = 521.
16 + 16 + 1 = 33,
32 + 32 + 1 = 65,
65 + 65 + 1 = 131,
130 + 130 + 1 = 261,

13+3=16
