On each Row,
7mod(1st column +2nd column) = 7mod(3rd column),
For 1st row, 7 mod(6+8)=7 mod(7),
For 2nd row, 7 mod (3+64)=7 mod(4),
For 3rd row, 7 mod(24+48)=7 mod(30).
