All the numbers except 110 are divisible by 3. And hence in my opinion 110 is wrong option.

7 2 -56 = 16
90 - 72 = 18
110 - 90 = 20
132 - 110 = 22
150 - 132 = 18.
So, 150 is wrong.
90 - 72 = 18
110 - 90 = 20
132 - 110 = 22
150 - 132 = 18.
So, 150 is wrong.

56 + 16 = 72
72 + 18 = 90
90 + 20 = 110
110 + 22 = 132
132 + 18 = 150
So, 150 is wrong.
72 + 18 = 90
90 + 20 = 110
110 + 22 = 132
132 + 18 = 150
So, 150 is wrong.

I think 110 is not divisible by 3. All others are divisible by 3. So 110 is also wrong

60 - 4 = 56,
80 - 8 = 72,
100 - 10 = 90,
100 + 10 = 110,
120 + 12 = 132.
80 - 8 = 72,
100 - 10 = 90,
100 + 10 = 110,
120 + 12 = 132.
