Answer is 383. In the given list of numbers, if we divide 2nd and 3rd digit number it will produce the 1st digit number.

Ex:- 331= 3/1=3.
482= 8/2=4.
551= 5/1=5.
263= 6/3=2.
383= 8/3 for this number we don't get the first digit, when 2nd and 3rd numbers are divided.
362= 6/2=3.
284= 8/4=2.

Its easy guyz.

In 331 first and last digits are 3 and 1 right when we muliply them both we get 3 that is middle digit. Lets take another eg.

482 in that if we multiply 4 and 2 that are last and first digit we get 8 and that is middle one. And this condition is not satisfied by 383.

Answer is 383.

i.e 331 =>3*1=3.

Take first digit and last digit, multiply that you have to get middle digit. But here in 383 if you multiply first and last digit you will get 9 but here it is 383 so that 383 is odd number in that series.

Here the Formula is : First digit * Third digit = Middle digit.

331 = 3 * 1 = 3
482 = 4 * 2 = 8
551 = 5 * 1 = 5
263 = 2 * 3 = 6
383 = 3 * 3 = 6, so, hear formula goes Wrong
362 = 3 * 2 = 6
284 =2 * 4 = 8
So, the Answer is B i.e 383.

331 = taking the first number 3 and multiplying it with the third number 1 which means 3*1, the answer is 3 which is the middle number.

383 = 3*3, the answer is 9 but, the middle number is 8.

So the answer is option ā€˜C’.

Very simple... you know 331... 3 and 1=3 there middle value..3(3)1

Next find same 482....4*2=8 middle 4(8)2
551 5*1=5 middle 5(5)1
263 2*3=6 """ 2(6)3
383 3*3=9 there middle value not same 3(9)3.

3 + 3 + 1=7.
4 + 8 + 2=14.
5 + 5 + 1=11.
2 + 6 + 3 = 11.
3 + 8 + 3 = 14.
3 + 6 + 2 = 11.
2 + 8 + 4 = 14.

Thus 7 is a different and also a single digit number than 11 & 14.

Hence option 3 is correct.

It is so easy @Rajesh multiply the end numbers of the 3 digit numbers so you get the mid value.

ex:

331 = 3*1 = 3(middle number).
482 = 4*2 = 8(middle number).

But,

338 = 3*8 = 24(wrong answer).

The another way to solve this one with different answers like, '

3+3+1 = 7,
4+8+2 = 14,
5+5+1 = 11,
2+6+3 = 11,
3+8+3 = 14,
3+6+2 = 11,
2+8+4 =`14.
Hence, the sum of 331 is a single-digit number.

The product of all 3 digits is a perfect square except the product of 3*8*3.

Like;

3 * 3 * 1 = 9
4 * 8 * 2 = 64
5 * 5 * 1 = 25
2 * 6 * 3 = 36
3 * 6 * 2 = 36
2 * 8 * 4 = 64.
But
3 * 8 * 3 = 72
