The number in the middle or ten's place is the sum of the other two digits.

572 = 5+2 = 7.
462 = 4+2 = 6 so on..

But 427 is not applicable. So it is odd.

Adding each individual numbers we get even number except 427 it is odd.

The options A,C, D are the even numbers because option

A) 396 3+9+6=18
C) 671 6+7+1=14
D) 264 2+6+4=12.

The remaining is option B)427 4+2+7=13 that odd number.

So the answer is B.
