In the above options427 is give odd number by adding individual numbers so it is correct.

The number in the middle or ten's place is the sum of the other two digits.

572 = 5+2 = 7.
462 = 4+2 = 6 so on..

But 427 is not applicable. So it is odd.

The options A,C, D are the even numbers because option

A) 396 3+9+6=18
C) 671 6+7+1=14
D) 264 2+6+4=12.

The remaining is option B)427 4+2+7=13 that odd number.

So the answer is B.

Out of the four options 427 is not divisible by 3.
