It's Simple.
60/100=3/5.
Then
3/5*3/5=9/25.
So,
9/25*x=36,
Now interchange it,
X=25/9*36=100.
60/100=3/5.
Then
3/5*3/5=9/25.
So,
9/25*x=36,
Now interchange it,
X=25/9*36=100.
