If remainder<divisor-remainder we have to subtract dividend-remainder to obtain the answer.

If remainder>divisor-remainder we have to add dividend+ (divisor-remainder).

Divide the number by 99999 remainders comes out to 99 but to make the number completely divisible by 111 we just have to add 12 to given number i.e. 99999/111=99(rem)
111-99=12.
Hence 99999+12 = 100011.
This is required an answer.

Another method.

111 = 3 * 37.

Check all optional number.
a) Divide by 3 and 37.
b) Not divided by 3.
c) Dvided by both 3 and 37.
d) Not divided by 3.
So 100011 < 111111.
Hence answer is (c).

If the required number is 100000-100, the answer will become 5 digit number, question is smallest 6 digit number.
