Rule of indices = a^m/a^n = a^m-n.
1000^9 = (10^3)^9 = 10^24,
1000^9÷10^24 = 10^27÷10^24 = 10^(27-24)=10^3
=1000.
1000^9 = (10^3)^9 = 10^24,
