So,
X - 19657 - 33994 = 9999
Lets shift the no from LHS TO RHS so,
Negative sign shift into + sign as shown below,

X = 9999 + 19657 + 33994
Therefore X = 63650.

In the question they gave ?- 19657 - 33994 this mean subtraction but 19657-33994 is they are adding the two numbers, how can it possible? Please tell me.
