If all the digits should be 3 then obviously the product must be divisible by 3 as well as 7, it might be divisible by other numbers but 3 and 7 are fixed, and thus, our search space is reduced.

Now, check the numbers which is divisible by 3 also, and smallest between a and d is a, therefore. Answer is A.

Correct me if I am wrong.
