Neeraj just take the approx value;
For eg;
4.2 as 4,
1.93 as 2,
2.3 as 2,
6. 1 as 6.
You'll 4 * 4 - 2*2 / 2*6.
= 12/12,
= 1.
For eg;
4.2 as 4,
1.93 as 2,
2.3 as 2,
6. 1 as 6.
You'll 4 * 4 - 2*2 / 2*6.
= 12/12,
= 1.

Its simply.
4.1 x 4.1 = 17.64 & 1.9 x 1.9 = 3.61.
Now 17.64 - 3.61 = 14.03.
= 2.3 x 6.1 = 14.03.
So 14.03/14.03.
Answer = 1.
4.1 x 4.1 = 17.64 & 1.9 x 1.9 = 3.61.
Now 17.64 - 3.61 = 14.03.
= 2.3 x 6.1 = 14.03.
So 14.03/14.03.
Answer = 1.

Just simply subtract 4.2-1.9 = 6.1 and add 4.2+1.9 = 2.3.
You can easily find logic.

Use formula a^2-b^2 = (a+b)(a-b).
(4.2+1.9)(4.2-1.9) = (6.1)(2.3).
Whole expression:
= (6.1)(2.3)/(6.1)(2.3).
= 1.
(4.2+1.9)(4.2-1.9) = (6.1)(2.3).
Whole expression:
= (6.1)(2.3)/(6.1)(2.3).
= 1.
