= ((5*16)-(2*1.4))/13.
= (80-28)/13.
= 52/13.
= 4.
Ans : 4.

its very simple,
5*1.6=8.0(8)
2*1.4=2.8
5.2/1.3=52/13(bcz decimal are same in numerator and denaminator)
52/13=4.
