Hello friends there is a simple logic that everyone knows let see what is that logic in below.
Everyone knows that 1.8 or 1.9 is approximate equals to 2 same here also he did like this.
In question 0.0483 = 0.05.

You don't need to actually solve the factors, just round them accordingly and get decimal points in consideration.
In this case:
= (489.1375 x 0.0483 x 1.956)/(0.0873 x 92.581 x 99.749).
= (500 x 0.05 x 2)/(0.10 x 92 x 100).
= (5 x 2)/(2 x 90).
= 5/90.

Explain
489.1375 = 489 (after decimal number is less than 5).
0.0483 = 0.05 (after decimal number is 8 this is greater than 5 so add the 1 because 0.04+1=0.05).
So all numbers are same method apply.

163/279 can also be written as 1.63/2.79 = 1.6/2.8.
Here consider 2.79 as 2.8.
1.6*2 = 3.2 But 2.8<3.2 so1.6/2.8 is >0.5 around 0.57.

Easy way to solve 163/279 ~ 162/279 = 54/93 = 18/31 ~ 18/30 = 6/10 = 0.6.
