Remove all decimals. Because the number of decimal places is same in num and denominator.
So removed that. Then you can divide easily. Take 70 tables, 3 times you got 210 value. But here 203 present. So 29 times it takes.
Then 73 table. 292 achieves by 4th step of 73.
Then you divide 116/145 the answer is 0.8. Hope you understand.

29*7=203 --> 292/(73*5).
292/73=4 --> 4/5.

= 203*292*1000*10*10÷1000*100*73*145*7.
= 203*292 ÷ 73*145*7.
= 29*4 ÷ 145.
= 116 ÷*145.
= 0.8 answer.
