Hello guys.

.009/x = .01
.009 = .01x

9/1000 = 1/100 x
900/1000 = x

9/10 = x
x = .9

0.009/? = 0.01.

x = 0.009/0.01.
= 0.9*10^2/1*10^2.
= 0.9*10^2-2/1.
= 0.9.

Answer should be 0.9 because 0.009/0.09 = 0.1.

Hence answer is 0.9.

Let 0.009/A = 0.01.

=> A = 0.9.
