With calculator, we get 2.445455.
2 the last digit is zero and hence it is not considered so according to question,
The digits after the decimal point are (2 + 5 = 7) => 7 and hence as the last digit is zero =>7 - 1= 6.

After the decimal, there are 7 digits, but the last one is zero. So, the significant number is 6.
