Short trick, you are looking for.

An hour is 1/3600 = 1/6*1/6*1/100 = 0.166*0.166*1/100 > 0.0256/100.

So it will be slightly larger than 0.000256. Hence C.

As directed by @Hritik, disintegrate 1/3600 = 1/6*1/6*1/100, which gives:

=> 0.166*0.166*0.01...... Step 1.

Step 1 can be written as;

=> (1.6*10^-1)*(1.6*10^-1)*(1*10^-2).

Solving this gives;

=>(2.56*10^-4) which equals 0.000256.

This could be the easiest way.

Break 1/3600 into (1/36)*(1/100),

Now it is easy to find the division of 1/36 = 0.027.

And you know 1/100 = 0.01.

Now multiply them you will get 0.027*0.01 = 0.00027.

Which is the our answer. Is it the shortest way?

1/36000 = 1/36 *1/100.

36)100(0.027
  72
  ---
  280
  252
  ---
  280

So on....

Then finally, 1/36*1/100 = 0.027/100.
= 0.00027.

Friends this answer:

For 1 hours = 60mins,
1 mins = 60 sec,
So, you get multiple of mins * sec (60min * 60sec) =36,000.

Then, you can take root in 1/36,000. Finally, you get the answer is 0.00027.
