1/3600 = 1*10^-2/26,
= 1/36,
= 0.02 * 10^-2.
= 0.0002 therefore option C.
= 1/36,
= 0.02 * 10^-2.

The easiest way is;
Break 1/3600 into (1/36)*(1/100),
Now it is easy to find the division of 1/36 = 0.027.
And you know 1/100 = 0.01.
Now multiply them you will get 0.027*0.01 = 0.00027.

Friends this answer:
For 1 hours = 60mins,
1 mins = 60 sec,
So, you get multiple of mins * sec (60min * 60sec) =36,000.
Then, you can take root in 1/36,000. Finally, you get the answer is 0.00027.
