Simply use formula:
Angle = 30*H - (11*M) / 2 ---> (1).
Reflex Angle= 360 - Angle ---> From (1).
Angle = 30*H - (11*M) / 2 ---> (1).
Reflex Angle= 360 - Angle ---> From (1).
