I think 125/12 is wrong.
10.25 hrs = 10h+0.25 hrs = (10*60+0.25*60) mins = 615 mins = 615/60 mins = 123/12 hrs.
10.25 hrs = 10h+0.25 hrs = (10*60+0.25*60) mins = 615 mins = 615/60 mins = 123/12 hrs.

What's the formula to calculate reflex angle if it is greater than 180 degrees? Anyone who know please tell me.

Angle between hrs and min formula is 30H-11/2 M, we get 263 1/2.
Now reflex formula is 360-263 1/2 = 197 1/2.
Now reflex formula is 360-263 1/2 = 197 1/2.

(11/2)*25 = 30*10(+-)θ.
11*25-600/2 = (+-)θ.
162.5.
Reflex angle = 360- 162.5.
192.5 (option D).
11*25-600/2 = (+-)θ.
162.5.
Reflex angle = 360- 162.5.
192.5 (option D).

To calculate the reflex angle formula is
= 360-(30*H-11/2*M)
Where His hours hand and M is minute hand.
= 360-(30*H-11/2*M)
Where His hours hand and M is minute hand.

Formula:
The angle between minute & hour hand (Ans) = (11/2)minute - 30*hour.
Reflex angle = 360 - ans.
The angle between minute & hour hand (Ans) = (11/2)minute - 30*hour.
Reflex angle = 360 - ans.

The formula is wrong. The correct formula is:
The angle between the hands of the clock = (60xH - 11xM)/2.
The angle between the hands of the clock = (60xH - 11xM)/2.

Calculation
(10*60)+25/60
where 10 is hour converted into min and add 25 min which is equal to
125/12
(10*60)+25/60
where 10 is hour converted into min and add 25 min which is equal to
125/12

Finding the angle= (11/2) M - (30) H.
M is the minutes.
H is the hours.
10:25.
(11/2) 25 - 30*10.
M is the minutes.
H is the hours.
10:25.
(11/2) 25 - 30*10.
