The shortcut formula to find angle b/w two hands.

1/2[60H - 11M] where H is hour, M min.

If result is above 180 then subtract the answer from 360.

What angle will form at 10 clock. Please explain?

Satya prakash singh said:   10 years ago
This formula does not provide solution for all problems.

Ex. 11:43.

= 60*11 - 11*43/2.

= 187/2 = 93.5.

Which is not appropriate angle.
