Sethil ji you are wrong. A complete rotation means 360 degree. & 2 o 'clock comes its half as in 6 position. So ans is 360/2=180 degree simple.

1 gap=1.5 sec
2*(1.5+3.0+4.5+6+7.5+9+10.5+12+13.5+15+16.5+0)=198 seconds
as first interval takes 0 second 5-1 take 6 seconds
6/4= 1.5

because just think when we have to find angle between 1'o clock and 3'o clock which angle you will consider?
1-3 or 3-1 ?
if 1 to 3 the angle is 60 degrees
if 3 to 1 the angle is 300 degrees

6hrs degree = 30*6 = 180.
6hrs degree = 30*6 = 180.
