Take any particular year and divide that year with 4.
If youu get the exact division, then, such year is a leap year.
Eg:- 2012 divide with 4 = 503.
2016/4 = 504,
2014/4 = 503.5. ( this is not a leap year. you shouldn't get decimals at the end.)

No of odd days =5 on December 31, 2009, it comes on Friday.
Jan 1, 2010, it comes on Saturday.
Jan 1, 2010, it comes on Saturday.
