Given banker's discount(b.d) for 3/2 yrs = 558
then banker's discount(b.d) for 2 yrs = x
x=(558*2)/(3/2)
x=744
we know
t.d=(b.d*100)/(100+(r*t))
600=(744*100)/(100+(r*2))
Therefore, r=12%
then banker's discount(b.d) for 2 yrs = x
x=(558*2)/(3/2)
x=744
we know
t.d=(b.d*100)/(100+(r*t))
600=(744*100)/(100+(r*2))
Therefore, r=12%
