Sum of 20 numbers (0 x 20) = 0.
It is quite possible that 19 of these numbers may be positive and if their sum is a then 20th number is (-a).

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,-1,-2,-3,-4,-5,-6,-7,-8,-9,-10
then average =0
so the answer may be 20 right?

If you consider 20 numbers for example like.
-10,-9,.....,-1,+1,+2,.....+10.
Then the no of numbers greater than 0 is 10.
-10,-9,.....,-1,+1,+2,.....+10.
Then the no of numbers greater than 0 is 10.

If -1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1+19 = 0.
Then 0/20 = 0.
