A person always chooses his/her career path on the basis of scope. If you do not see growth opportunities with the scope of being a part of the organisation, you will definately not continue with the same job. So that is the reason i resigned from my previous job.

So I am looking for better job with good bucks in my hands at the end of every month - so that I can survive.

First of all I am really thankful to my last employer, as there I grew from a b-school graduate to a corporate. I learnt corporate culture, and grown many fold. I joined my previous company as a management trainee, and recently I got promoted to assistant manager as well, but my learning curve was almost constant over there. The role of assistant manager was not mapping with my profile and passion for finance, as, I always wanted to excel in the field of core finance and which is richly available at your company. My last job was also related to the finance, but there I used to presenting a theoretical picture of finance. So I was willing to work in a core finance sector and grow my skill sets and help the organisation in growing as well. And, I am sure this change will bring benefits to my passion and will help me to get the expertise.

I want to work in an environment that will help me realize my full potential and a place I can contribute everything I'm capable of doing. My current job doesn't provide these things for me and that's why I want to work here. I know ABC Company has a lot of opportunities for growth and encourages employees to take on challenging projects to learn more. That is what I'm looking for.
