First of all, I would like to say thanks to my current/previous company which gives me a platform to start my professional career, And where I learned more professional skills such as teamwork, time management and work under pressure. I do enjoy working at my current job. The culture and the people make it a great place to work But advancement opportunities are scarce there and I no longer see a future for myself.

Therefor I decided to move on to a new company looking for better opportunities and more challenging to grow professionally and financially.

I have given around three years to my current organization. But, I didn't get any growth or promotions over there. And, as per HR, they don't have any next level growth & promotions to their Backend-Operations Employees. Because, we are Off, Roll (Contract Based) employees. And, I want to grow myself in my career.

That's why, I am looking for a change.

Since, as you know, nothing is static in this world, change is a necessity. Talking about my previous company my learnings were confined to "so and so" areas, whereas in this organization I see a huge scope of learnings and personal growth as well. So seeing these aspects I opted for a change.

Sir,

I would like to change my present job simply because it is a small scale industry and that is why my work also confined in a certain circle and there have hardly any chance to enhance my all round knowledge in this particular field, apart from this their have no any other facilities provided by them like E.S.I, P.F. Gratuity etc which are needed for everyone to secure his life as well as his family.

Therefore I am in searching for a company where I will get all these facilities and so that I can fully devoted myself to enrich my knowledge and skills on that particular field with full satisfaction and place a little bit contribution to the progress of my company and want to be a successful man in future.
