After spending almost 6 years, I thought now I should look for some new challenges and opportunities.

And once you made up your mind to quit, there is no point as well to just keep working with lack of interest and keeping eye on searching another job simultaneously.

My previous company is good, with good working environment, people over here is very supportive and also growth opportunity is also good. But the thing is that future is uncertain, human mind is uncertain. When you grow old and when responsibility comes in your way, along with growth salary also matter in your life. So this is where my previous co. Lacks in i.e salary. So for better salary I am leaving this job.
