I got this job during the campus placement. This position helped me to develop a number of skills necessary for performing well in the competition. However, thanks to the previous employer for teaching/allowing me to learn and apply the skills in the process that I was involved in. A good career is something that makes a person financially strong to fulfill the needs and requirements. Somehow it clear that a satisfied employee can be a valuable asset to the company. So to enhance & explore advancement in career, I'm looking for the switch to another employer to achieve the same.
