I'm a person who believe there are plenty of opportunities for a human in this World. Although I'm very much satisfied with work and of course the salary I get in my current employment, considering my age and skill sets I need to scale my own life professionally ahead. I would always take eg for Mr Narayana Murthy for this particular case. Those 7 founders of Infosys always was earning well in their previous org but they found a new company. Why? because they had passion and hunger to do different things and right things.

I'm one of their followers Sir. I always want to live with passion i.e. a passion where you keep upgrading your own self professionally and personally to make better and much satisfying life. Life is just one time and I want to try many things but right things. This new job change or resigning from my previous job is just a result of it.

In my case, I had taken time off for 8 months exploring and trying research as a career option. Keeping this gap in mind, please provide review to my answer to question as to why I quit the job.

"I am very grateful to my previous employer for providing me their supportive and educative platform in analytics as a fresher. But I wish to further explore advanced techniques while mastering the industry standards in a setup which provides challenging opportunities to learn and grow faster.

This inclination drove me to explore formal research as a career option for past few months. However, having built educated comparisons about growth aspects of this field in terms of learning curve and finances, I believe that this opportunity at your company suits best with both my abilities and career aspirations in short and long term as well.".

As my mom always says that do not do wrong work if you are forced to do so. That thing sits in my mind. In previous company some of my colleagues forced me to do wrong thing & said they will protect me if any problem occurs. But I remembered my mom's that precious words. I think that I will resign from this post whether I have the highest post in my office. I will never do wrong in the company in which I am working.

Many years passed working with an organization where work never seems to be a burden and a healthy office environment is an additional advantage. It's hard for me to leave such a wonderful organization which had understand my qualities and utilize them for their use and my skills got sharper with time.

Salary was never a constraint in my previous job but now at this stage when you gain good experience with developed skills you seek a senior position and that's what I am looking for. In my previous organization my seniors are already working best at their posts so I can't replace them so I am seeking a job opportunity for this position in your company.

First of all I need to thank my previous company, to enter as a fresher level gave us a nice chance to work in top MNC.

The reason I jumping, is the way team members treated the freshers,

As a fresher when we are coming up with new points seniors are suppressing me, treating as a slave, that make us less interest, the environment should be fun enough, so that every one can give their full involvement, I hope I can expect this and treat me in a manner, so that I can come up with new ideas,

Final thing is no proper work allocation, when I volunteer go and ask them you are a fresher you do no how to handle this, this kind of situation demotivated me.
