Actually, working with my previous organisation was great, there I got many opportunities to learn, earn and grow, though as I had done on almost every profile related to my client, also it was a long time working with them.

However I still want to learn more related to my domain, which would give me perfectness and complete, that's what I decided to resign and look forward.

I was quite enthusiastic while joining my last job. Towards the end, the number of challenges and opportunity to grow further started diminishing. A challenge loving and growth oriented person like me doesn't enjoy this. That's why I decide to move.

(Considering I am attending PSU interview).

My previous Company provided me with all technical knowledge and helped me in getting the desired skills. It was a great company to work with. But I feel Brain drain criteria as they assigned me to foreign company and hence I wanted to shift to Government Sectors more specifically PSU's through which I can help both my Country's Prosperity and development along with my personal satisfaction.

First of all I would like to say thanks to my previous. Why because after my graduation I got an opportunity in that organization in that I learned so many things. How to work under pressure, how to work with my superior officers, how to communicate my friends so many things I have learned. But in that organization there is no growth and no salary growth. Everyone wants to more knowledge in your life. So I decides to change major company's.

But I have a idea about your company one of the fastest growing company in India. If I got a job in your organization. I will give a assurance about my dedication towards my work and I take my work as a challenge and completed within the time for given by the company.

Thanks you Sir.

QA/QC Engineer.

After getting so much experience with a small scale industry I am now practically tough I would like to thank my previous company, Its really very easy if someone looking for the better prospects & wanted to increase his/her knowledge at management level of MNC.

No one satisfied by increasing his/her knowledge with reading the same Novel. That is the reason I thought that now I got 90% experience & to increase 10% more will take more time its better to change the job where my experience fulfill more rapidly by switching the job.
