| Thanks for the great question. What I see in myself after 5 years from now is I am being knowledgeable, experienced and skillful staff nurse. May be can advice or correct doctor's mistake in clinical setting. Junior staff was respect me and make me as their reference. I also has stable position in your organization and head manager was proud recruited me as one of their staff. Lastly, I have my own happiness family with stable economic status. |

I see myself progressing in my field & company, learning & enhancing my skills & knowledge to the benefit of my company & myself.
With enhanced skills & knowledge I see myself in a senior position (Team Leader) having more responsibility & coaching others.
Also being able to pursue my career based on company goals & being able learn the company environment & further business education which will be beneficial to the company & myself. |
