| I am 100% agree with the topic that individual can change the situation itself. Take the example of this group discussion in which most of the people are in favour of the topic. If someone of us puts a strong point against the topic he/she will change the direction. In my point of view if you support an intelligent person thoughts and creativity sure it will works better. |

Individual intelligence certainly makes a difference. Its not that a group of certified and talented people gave the laws of motion. He was the only Newton, Similarly we got loads of other specific individuals who led the people to this present situation.
When individual intelligence is promoted and supported by other intelligent person then the difference obviously takes a turning point and is much more useful as there can be all the possible positive and negative effects listed out.
So, Yes! Definitely yes, individual intelligence makes a difference. And we know an individual alone can change the mind of thousands of other people. |

If we include all of them for an organisation and each individual work with their full strength and brilliance then the development of organisation will be rapidly rather then only some persons are brilliant in organisation.
So undoubtedly Individual Brilliance makes difference and this difference is goes on the way of rapid development in diverse fields.

| Every decision or idea given by a group starts only from an individual. The decision taken by an individual is only been analysed within the group and if it is better one then it is followed. If that was a brilliant idea then the brilliance of that individual is praised and it makes some difference. |
