Find out the wrong number in the given sequence of numbers.

| Add 5 to 1st number. Then add (5+3) to the next number. Then add (5+3+3) to the next number. Then add (5+3+3+3) to the next number and so on. So 47 is wrong it must be replaced by 46. |

| It's very simple add three number for each last no. 8-13=value is 5. add 3 in 5, 5+3=8, so 13+=21, 8+3=11 ,so 21+11=32, 11+3=14,so 32+14=46, 14+3=17,so 46+27=63, 17+3=20,so 63+20=83, So the wrong no is 47, real value is 46. |

| @Manjeeth If you see the difference; 8-13 is 5 13-21 is 8 21-32 is 11 Now if you see the no: 5 8 and 11 => 5+3==>8. 8+3==>11. So the now next no after adding 3 will be 11 +3 ==>14, but if u see the diff between 32 and 47 it is 15 which is wrong. So the ans will be 47. |
