Because in the question it is asked educated people which are employed. So the answer should be 6. In the explanation, it is given 3+6 but there will be no number like 3 because it represents the backward people which are not required in the question.

This answer is wrong.
The correct answer is 6 which is not mentioned in option.
Why? Beacuse it is asked total number of educated people who are employed, so the figure which is common between the triangle and large circle will be only considered and not the area common b/w the all three regions.
