Option wise:

1) 3 & 6 where 3 represents the only married population and " NOT TRAINED", and 6 represents who is married and trained.

2) 7&5 where 7 represents married and nurses in the hospital that means eventually they are " Not trained" and 5 represents married, trained and nurse in the hospital.

4) 1&5 where 1 represents only nurses in the hospital who are " NOT Trained" and 5 represents married, trained and nurses in the hospital.

3) 5 & 6 which is correct according to me,
because 5 represents married, trained and nurses in the hospital and 6 represent married and trained nurses.

Question asked is only for trained ones, so 5 and 6 is the only option where 5 and 6 are both trained.

And option 1,2,4 are the options where only one number among them represent trained nurses.

Here, trained nurses represented by 2, 4, 5, 6 clearly.

The rectangle represents trained nurses.

How could that be answer as it is not saying about whether they married or not ?

5 4 6 2 so the numbers were matching with c if we exclude a band d due to (3 7 1) which are not applicable hence taken it as 5 and 6.

Is that the correct way of thinking? Please tell me.

As the TRAINED NURSES is represented by the square box we should consider the digits.

i.e. 2, 4, 6, 5.
