The answer is 16.
Here we have to add value in square and value in triangle but not in circle so 11+5=16.

Answer for this qs is 11+5=16 means all educated men but not urban so we should remove 4.

Total of circle is 30 and total of triangle is 10
i.e : 30 - 19 = 11
