Actually tomato is a fruit and it sold in vegetable shop. Hence we thought that tomato is also a vegetable. but it is fruit. So it is different from vegetable.

Tomato is both fruit and vegetable because it can be consumed raw and it can also be consumed after cooking. So tomato is fruit vegetable.
