Tomato is a fruit not a vegetable because it has juice present in it.
All tomatoes are fruit but all fruits are not tomato as well as vegetable is entirely different from fruits so the corect option is (A).

Tomato is a fruit and vegetables are different.
In this question, if tomato were to be considered as vegetable, the venn diagram would be same, i.e. tomato under vegetables and fruits are different.

It is confirmed that tomato is a fruit so it comes under the category of fruits and on the other hand vegetable is different from these both so it will be different from others.

All tomatoes come under the category of fruits. Therefore the bigger circle indicates fruit and the inner circle indicates tomatoes and vegetable. It is a separate entity.

I agree, but I think option A is correct because even if the tomato was veg (if) then the fruit would still be outside both circles and vice versa with the fruit.
