All answers are wrong the first option could be correct if both the circles are inscribed in the larger circle.

Option 'A' means ink & paper may or may not be stationary. It's not true. There is no correct option.

Yup. Paper and ink are always stationary. So option a is absolutely not correct. I think there should be an option like a universal set for stationary and two other circles (seprate from each other) inside it which should be paper and ink.

Paper and ink also having in shop so {c} is correct.
