Products are produced by machinery. But they are not an sub category of machinery. So A is not correct. I think B is correct. Product and machines are part of company as well as outside of company.

I agree with option A, yes Machinery and Product are both found in Factory but does it mean that Machinary and Product dont have any relation,ofcourse they do bcos product is being produced by Machinery, therefore Product is a subset of Machinery while both are subset of Factory.

Option B seems right. The bigger circle is the factory and the smaller circles are the product and machinery. Products and machines are found outside of factory too.

Que should define the meaning of product, I think it should be the Finished good which is prepared with the help of machines, so it shud be the subset of Machinery.
